What to expect in a Best Bet Teacher Training program:

In our 200-hour program, you'll be guided by two experienced yoga instructors, Chuck Betker EYT-500 and Kami Betker EYT-500. This comprehensive and professional training not only covers the teaching aspects of yoga but also emphasizes personal development through journaling, introspect, meditation, and more.

Upon completion, you'll earn your Best Bet Yoga Teacher Training certification, and more importantly, you'll gain the skills and confidence to design and lead dynamic hatha and vinyasa yoga classes. Over the course of 200 hours, we will cover:

  • Hatha and Vinyasa/Power Yoga

  • Yoga philosophy, the 8 Limbs of Yoga and explore the history of yoga

  • Physical & Energetic Anatomy

  • How to guide students safely in and out of poses

  • Modifications/Advancements/Adjustments

  • Yoga Sequencing

  • Meditation and Pranayama

Who is eligible for the My Career Advancement Account Scholarship?

Spouses of service members on active duty in pay grades E-1 to E-5, W-1 to W-2 and O-1 to O-2 who have successfully completed high school and have the ability to request tuition assistance while their military sponsor is on Title 10 military orders are eligible.
